How to Format a MicroSD Card to FAT32 for Miyoo Mini and Miyoo Mini Plus

Miyoo Mini and Miyoo Mini Plus accept microSD memory cards formatted in FAT32. NTFS and exFAT are not supported. To avoid errors when using the console, it is strongly recommended to use the Rufus utility.

  1. Download the Rufus utility from the official website: http://rufus.ie/
  2. Insert the memory card into the computer’s card reader.
  3. Run the Rufus utility.
  4. Select the memory card from the top dropdown menu. In the boot selection method, choose “Non-bootable,” and set the parameters as shown in the screenshot attached to the post. If your memory card is 64 GB or larger, select LargeFAT32
  5. Click “Start” and wait for the process to complete.
  6. Done!
